Return & Exchange policy
We understand that sometimes, things take an unexpected turn with your order. If you’re not thrilled about what you receive – whether it be due to a defect in the product or incorrect merchandise from us – we apologise.
Do note that we do not offer any refund unless the product is defective. Incorrect products can only be exchanged and not refund.
Kindly get in touch with our support team within 30 days of purchase via our Contact Us page or email us at vaestheticsskincare@gmail.com.
Please provide details:
- Reference number
- Images for evidence
- Description of defect product
- Specify if you want an exchange or refund
Your purchases can be exchanged or returned in any of the 12 V Medical Aesthetics Clinic within 30 days from the date you receive your order in its unopened and resalable state. We do reserve the right to reject returns that are not within this condition upon inspection.
After inspection of eligibility is approved, refunds will take up to four weeks after receipt of item(s). Upon processing completion you will receive a notification email confirming successful repayment via your primary mode of payment.
Order & Payment Policy
In-store purchase:
You can make your purchases at V Medical Aesthetics clinics islandwide. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
Online purchase:
To secure your purchase, please ensure that you have provided your name, postal address and contact details along with any other specifications indicated on the website. We accept credit card payment only.
Upon successful receipt of payment (as confirmed via email), an order tracking code will also be sent out for international orders upon dispatch from our store.
To ensure your order is received, be sure to check for confirmation within four business days. If you haven’t heard anything back by then, reach out directly to vaestheticsskincare@gmail.com and we’ll help get everything sorted!
Once the purchase process has been initiated, we’re unable to accommodate any changes or cancel – so please double check your order before confirming.
Shipping Policy
We strive to get your orders processed and packed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment.
To ensure speedy delivery, we entrust our reliable courier service provider with the task of delivering your order directly to you. The estimated time of arrival is generally 3-5 working days after order confirmation.
Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, such as weather conditions or busy seasonal periods may affect actual delivery timeframes slightly on rare occasions – though rest assured we will do everything in our power for efficient handling!
If any incorrect address has been entered after confirming an order by mistake – don’t despair; please drop us a quick email at vaestheticsskincare@gmail.com ASAP so we can attempt making amends before it ships out if possible. Note that changes will be accepted only if the item has not been shipped out yet.

V Medi Aesthetics Skincare respects an individual’s right to privacy and has based its privacy policy on the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Our Privacy Policy governs the manner in which V Medi Aesthetics Skincare collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of V Medi Aesthetics Skincare website (“Site”).
